Do It Apps use mail rules to perform specific actions on your mac computer. Some of these rules are triggered by a free iphone app that activates the affiliated Do It App program (Shutdown and iWatchU apps). The other apps are run without the need of an iphone app. Therefore, simply download the program and follow the instructions.

Installation of "Shutdown", and "iWatchU" Apps:

1. Installing the Mac Program (from this website).

After you install the program on your computer, open and follow the instructions of the "1st Read This.pdf" associated with each app.

2. Installing the free app (from the itunes store).
