By registering and playing in The Greatest Athlete Challenge Ladder, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The Greatest Athlete Challenge Ladder, www.thecomputergeek.biz, Russ Crutchfield, sponsored sports facilities, schools, agents, successors and assignees for any and all injuries or losses which may be suffered by me in connection with my participation during competition. In addition to this, I am allowing the associated iPhone app (Filemaker Go) to link my e-mail address to my ranking information so other competitors can challenge me via e-mail. If any member is guilty of using this information for any purpose other than this sports competition, they may be punished by law. Lastly, you are assured any information provided below will not be provided to third parties. Competitors must have legal gardian / parent register if under the age of 18.
